Community Partners

The California Economic Development Lending Initiative's (CEDLI) Co-Lending Program targets loans to businesses in emerging markets that are unable to qualify for conventional bank financing. California Resources and Training (CARAT) has partnered with CEDLI to develop a Community Partners Program to help reach this segment of the market.

The objective of the Community Partners Program is to help extend the outreach effort of CEDLI to reach additional borrower and to be able to refer small business borrowers to a technical assistance provider for assistance in gaining access to financing when needed.
