CEDLI, the California Economic Development Lending Initiative, is a multibank community development corporation established in 1995 to invest capital in small businesses and nonprofit community organizations throughout California in both urban and rural communities. We are committed to increasing access to capital for small businesses and community organizations to allow them to grow, create jobs and to facilitate community economic development. CEDLI maintains branch offices in Oakland, Los Angeles and San Diego and works with many partners throughout the state.
