In 2015, the original organization’s core business and asset portfolio were sold to VEDC (Valley Economic Development Center). Subsequently, part of the management team acquired the CEDLI brand and restructured it into CEDG LIMITED, a private entity focused on delivering dynamic investment and financing solutions.
